Cryogenic & High Pressure
  • Port sizes from 1/4” to 1/2” PT, pressures up to 280 bar ( cryogenic ; 280 bar for STH12C, 130 bar for STH32C)
  • Orifice sizes from 0.8 mm to 3mm for ¼” connection size and from 10mm to 15 mm for 3/8”~1/2” size.
  • Fluid temperature ranges from -196°C to 160°C ( LN2, LCO2 and other cryogenic fluids)
General purpose
  • Normally closed / Normally opened for ¼” ~ 3” connection size in general purpose application
